Kawi housing co-operative society limited was incorporated on 18^th October, 2013 C/S 15753 after an AGM resolution that was passed in February 2013 by the parent society Energy Saving and Credit society limited with initial members of 10.

Minimum share capital.

After the incorporation in 2013 the minimum share capital was set at Kes 50,000/= and Non refundable registration fee of Kenya Shillings two thousand only (Kes 2,000.00).The share capital is non refundable but transferrable to any eligible bona fide member.

Since inception the share capital has grown exponential to Kenya Shillings one hundred thousand three hundred fifty six only (Kes 100,356.00) as per the end of the financials of 2019.
