The Phase II project , we have acquired 4.75acres of land about 5.5 km from Kangundo road and 500metres Ambrajo Academy that were sub divided into 34 plots of quarter acre each .The plots are going for Kshs 565,000 for Kawi housing members kshs 600,000 for energy Sacco members and kshs 620,000 for rest of the public. All who are interested in the project are required to book with kshs 150,000 and balance to be cleared in six month.
